Galya Pwerle was born in the Decennium, the youngest of a family admire six girls, including one of Australia’s most acclaimed Aboriginal artists, the recent Minnie Pwerle. Galya Pwerle started image in 2004, along with two influence her other sisters, Molly Pwerle with the addition of Emily Pwerle, who are the aunts of the renowned painter, Barbara Weir.
